I sought legal representation through Mr. Berlinsky. Although we were able to get through the process...I felt I was left a little bit in the dark with some of the items included in my bankruptcy. I found it very difficult to get a response from his office after the court proceeding. When I was in his office, I was told my tax debt could be included. After 4 phone messages, and 3 emails-1 month later to his office... The response was ”I’m not a tax lawyer.” This response I received left me in the dark, leaving me making multiple unsuccessful phone calls to the IRS for the last week. I would have been satisfied and would have left a better rating if I would have been told this information from the beginning.

This was my first bankruptcy filing ever. I have to say, coming into this especially so young, I was nervous, I didn’t know what to do I didn’t even know where to start. I just knew that I was overwhelmed with living check by check and owing people money everywhere I turned. Given my circumstances although it was I who have put my self in this situation, when I stepped into Berlinsky’s office I felt no judgement from him or his team whatsoever. They were all very nice, very welcoming, and made me feel more comfortable with my decision.
