I live in Wisconsin and Mike took on the task of representing in Florida after previous counsel left the legal profession. Picking up in the middle made things more difficult I'm sure. . Michael Vaghaiwalla is a great attorney. He helped pull me though a devastating final judgement and after an appeal on a 6 year divorce. I’d recommend attorney Michael Vaghaiwalla to anyone and everyone! He and his assistant Nicole were very informative, helpful, and to the point. I did not think my case had much hope but wanted to try anyway, attorney Michael did not shy away. I moved to a different country while my case was still in the process but Michael had no problem with this and kept in touch via email/phone. I have always been skeptical about auto accident injury lawyers. But after meeting Simon and his team, I will never doubt again! Simon is very personable and doesn't treat your case like a number like other big name law firms. Initially I had contacted another firm about my auto accident. I left several voice messages and couldn’t get my case manager to call me back. Working with Michael was nothing short of outstanding! Never did I think I would have to go through this experience but he was there helping me every step of the way. I knew from the initial consultation I wanted to work with him because his first question was "How are you?" Not in a sense of just meeting someone but he truly cares for his clients and that meant a lot to me.
