When I had determined that I had no other recourse but to file for a divorce, I was lost. I was afraid that I was going to come home one day and my wife would have taken my 9 yr old daughter and left to another state. I called multiple attorneys and no one would talk to me. They wanted me to wait weeks for a consultation. I did not have that time to wait. I was getting so upset that I could not find anyone to talk to me.... Then I called the Sanders Firm after reading some reviews. Chari picked up near immediately and listened to me. I was audibly upset as I explained my situation. Within a few minutes, Chari had Silvia on the phone. Silvia took the time out of her day to speak with me, calm me down, and let me know that I have rights. I was so appreciative of the time she gave me. She let me know the process. Silvia made me aware that it would be Tristan that would take my case. Silvia made me understand that I was not lost after all. From then on I dealt mostly with Chari and Tristan. Occasionally Silvia would step in and talk to me from time to time when Tristan was unavailable and my home life was most hectic. Tristan and Chari always made me feel like I mattered. I was not just another client. Tristan always kept an analytic and level head even when I was most stressed. Tristan would talk things through with me, discuss options, and always looking to accomplish our goals with the least amount of cost. This firm did not just try to run up my invoice. Chari was always there for me all along the way. Chari was clear with her needs to get filings done properly and timely. She was always available to answer questions and here me vent. Because of CoVid 19, it took nearly two years to finalize my divorce and The Sanders Firm never left my side. Even four months after my divorce, they helped me through the Motion to Enforce my Dissolution Order. I am truly grateful for The Sanders Firm helping me through one of the hardest times in my life. I hope that I will never need them again as things are going "well" right now with my co-parenting but I know they will be there for me if the time ever comes. Thank you Chari, Tristan, and Silvia for everything that you have done for me.

I had the privilege of having Tristan represent my paternity case. I wouldn't recommend this firm at all to anyone. If your looking to win your case do not hire the Sanders Firm. My experience with Tristan and Chari was so horrible i regret of even wasting my time with them. I went to this firm back in june 2020 to get a joint stipulation and get my child support current. I met with Silvia Sanders and she assured me it was a simple case with all of the chances me getting the case done right away. Little did i know the one in charge of my case was not Silvia no notice or explanation of why she wasnt in charge of my case. I emailed her more than five times asking for and explanation. Never heard back from her. I was very understanding of covid Being active and all but Tristan nor Chari did not make me aware of why my case was behind. The way i found out was because i called frequently asking for updates on my case were Chari had no choice but to tell me the reason why. Still i was very patient and gave them chances on getting my case resolve quickly and efficiently. But to my disgrace 8 months passed they still yet were unable to get the others parties financial affidavit. I asked them to be more firm and persistent but all the knew to say was were going to keep waiting in good faith so they can turn in their financial affidavit. Well guess what after 7months of waiting in good faith i finally got a financial affidavit turned in with 0 income i knew that was going to happen of course lets keep waiting in good faith and all Tristan could say "well we cant do anything if he has no income". Of course he gave them the chance to do so. Wait thats not all just because i called 7 times in nearly 8 months he wanted to charge me six hundred and change extra claiming i called them abusively. Also was charging me for audits of child support history payments when i was the one calling of work just to go to court and pick up and dropping them of to them personallyto make Tristan work easier..thats a shame!!! All i wanted was answers none could give me without studering and giving me thousands of excuses they came up with giving the other party the benefit of the doubt. Just to tell you after spending 2500 out of pocket so they can help me in my family case i got no results done and yet they claimed they did so much work on my case. Not once spoke to the judge nor not once spoke in person with the other party. They just got free money of me and i have 4 children at home frustrated and depressed because there dad does not want to pick them up until a judge orders him to do so... What a deception!!!!👎👎
