Been using Family First for awhile as they did our original will and power of attorney stuff.They-know all the ins and outs of elder law and are really easy to work with. Had to make some changes in the will and they knew exactly what to do to make things go smoothly. You’ll never find a more more comfortable office.

Family First Firm really went above and beyond while working on my Grandma’s VA and Medicaid cases! The only thing I’d change is this: we should have reached out to FFF sooner - so if you’re thinking about calling but aren’t sure, don’t delay!! Because of FFF, we now have VA benefits and Medicaid, and these have been crucial in being able to pay for my Gram’s care! An absolute God-send. Being the caretaker for a loved one with dementia is a challenging and sensitive thing (especially during a pandemic), but FFF’s relentless consideration and assistance during this time really made things easier for us. When it comes to working with the VA it can be a frustrating and timely process. The team at Family First stood by our side and continued to fight for my father's benefits. After not having received the appropriate pension, Geoff and his team continued to fight until the correct amount was awarded. I would highly recommend the firm for anyone seeking VA benefits for a loved one.

Every one at Family First is compassionate, friendly and very helpful. I had to relocate my mother, who is now 89 years old, into an assisted living facility and they were able to assist with Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, etc.

My wife had a very bad stroke and could not get out of bed. I was faced with paying eight thousand a month to a nursing home when I called Family first firm. They have been wonderful in filling out the papers and getting in touch with medicaid. I will be forever grateful to them for all their efforts in getting medicaid to accept her.
