Mr. Simmons went beyond anything he needed to do for us. We were referred to him, he helped us solve the case without needing to take legal action and have everything situated easily and smoothly. He even sent a text so we would have everything sorted with the proper legal wording for our protection in regards to a fender bender car accident and this was without us having any legal representation with the firm yet, he helped us to solve this without needing representation and deliver solid legal advice. I really am amazed at how he handled us and if we ever need any other legal services we will be calling his firm first.

On Martin Luther King Holiday weekend my wife Chinnamma was experiencing heart problems. I took her to local hospital the rand tests and gave her medicine to try control why Her heart was racing. I called Public Attorney James SIMMONS to get his advice. PA SIMMONS asked me to let him speak in my place for her care because the local hospital said they had no heart specialist on call and non would be back until after the holiday that following Tuesday. PA Simmons asked them to move her to hospital that had Heart Specialist on duty.They agreed a d moves my wife to UNC Chapel Hill where they immediately ran one test with the Heart Specialist and found out that her Primary care physician had prescribed her an excessive amount of medication which caused the heart problems . Now Chinnamma was taken off that medication and her symptoms were gone and her health was restored .Thanks to Lawyers like James SIMMONS my wife is Here in great health and our family is very greatfull.
