We have found Attorney Kirtland to be quite user friendly, Ms. Kirtland works extremely well with all Board members in our associations along with working to find solutions for many homeowners who have found themselves in a delinquent status with their HOA. We have seen a tremendous drop in our delinquent accounts coupled with several rather horrible violations in a few association's being corrected without having to go to court. Ms. Kirtland works extremely well with management companies, Board of Directors and Boards alike. Ms. Kirtland and her staff seem to go above and beyond the call of duty with trying to educate everyone on the legal issues along with finding the best and most positive solutions for everyone concerned.
