Great company , everyone was helpful and guided me through a difficult time.

Over all the B/R went well and the result was better than I expected. It took longer than I expected. I am not pleased with the group that handles my credit rating as I have not heard from them in six months, but they still charge me $59.00 per month. I have no idea if they have helped me or what efforts they have made.

Kirk with this organization was rude as can be. He was snarky in his voicemail to me… he said ‘you just called me and now you’re not answering the phone’ and then when I texted him he responded ‘that’s funny because I’ve been doing this for 14 years’ He’s rude as can be and your owner should know this.

I received a call from this law firm with a male asking if he was speaking to me… because of all the ridiculous amount of spam calls I received, I cautiously asked who he was… he then asked me again to which i inquired who he was first. He rudely responded that I reached out to them on an inquiry form and he was calling me. I said, “well I would expect an introduction of some sort because I don’t recognize this number and I don’t immediately give my details out to unknown callers”. He said, “well I did introduce myself (he didn’t) and if you had just told me who you were, I would have told you who I was”… I told him that wasn’t an acceptable introduction and hung up. I can’t believe the unprofessionalism and lack of business acumen such business have these days.

It's been a long ride but thanks for the payment plan. Now I just have to file the paperwork
