If I’m paying a flat monthly fee, I expect to be able to contact my lawyer whenever I have a question or for updates. Not be told (via email and 2 weeks after my first payment, 7 days after my consultation) “I already spoke to you this week,” when I ask to schedule a quick phone call update. I then asked Ms. Shelley Hogue to please schedule me into her next available and she said no, it’s not necessary. I had new information I was looking to present as well as get an update, to me it was necessary. And to be threatened after that that she’d close my case.. after i already paid for the month of course. No attempt at all the rectify the situation. All I asked was for confirmation she had even began my case. I should’ve paid more attention to the countless poor BBB reviews, this place is the biggest scam and preys on people down on their luck. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Very professional and helpful

Hired this attorney for a judgement settlement case. She sounded angry from the get-go and is very rude, obnoxious, has a horrible bedside manner and will accuse you the client of the same. Im not wasting anymore time on this pathetic law firm or this woman. Ill just kiss my 1600.00 bucks goodbye and move on. You've been warned. AGAIN!

I spoke with a fellow by the name of Kirk via text message and we scheduled a time and day for him to call me. Did not get any call from him. No response after reaching out after the fact. Don’t make plans if you can’t stick with them.

Rather keep private but, excellent experience.
