They refused to represent me, even though I have substantial evidence of being discriminated against by my employer (for disabilities) and also retaliated against for speaking out against bullying and discrimination towards myself and others (for disability, race and sexual orientation). They directed me to the EEOC, which I already knew about, but didn't give me any answers as to why. What it likely boils down to is they either won't make enough money from the case or they're afraid to go against my employer, whose founder is extremely influential in Winter Park. Sell outs. Like all attorneys, they don't really want to help anyone. Edit to respond to them: Not really sure how they don't see a case when I actually have evidence of things, but ok. Which actually points to they just won't make enough money from it, which really isn't the same thing as not having a case.

We've Been waiting for 17 months for any resolution..so far to no avail, had no paperwork given nor details of case given or discussed.. finally just gave up waiting to be contacted to meet lawyer of 17 months and just jumped in car drove 6 &1/2 hrs to office... ( Been told repeatedly by text case will be resolved and money awarded for workman's compensation literally every 2-3 months it has been so hard as he was incapacitated for over a year, a back surgery and hip replacement that had to be paid in full to receive, no insurance thru the company and though I had workmen's comp..the owner and boss of my job has unlawfully and dishonestly denied my case and my very expensive deductions from my checks week after week up to my last paycheck received..I've had to borrow from family to after attempting and unsuccessfully getting surgery on my savings which were drained to just keep a roof over my families head while my spouse went thru cancer treatments..it's been terrible I just needed to have a chance of working again that's all I was trying to do.. I finally used all of savings and went without to get what my employer should had taken care of since I had no back/hip issues until my injury on the job which was without a doubt the fault of my employer"" gross negligence of employer demanding I lift and carry and work alone jobs that would had taken 2-4 men to do.. it should had been a open and shut case, by the time I realized things weren't being done in a proper time-frame it was to late to get another attorney..so I have no choice but to pray I get awarded my back pay, and my pain suffering and unpaid medical bills taken care of.. I ask for nothing but what I rightfully deserve..instead it's been procrastinated from being promised it will initially go to court Dec 2023" then told it will be in front of court in January 2024, then hear nothing and told Easter 2024, then July, "August "and last no later this past Mid-September.. I know this office has great reviews and can & have done honest & good work for others I can only pray that todays visit is fruitful and honestly shows the work that has to show up for 17 months of a case being worked on??..( for that at the least would bring me peace to see it's in the works) I honestly can't give a star review of any kind until I know what's going on (with a case that means my life getting a chance to begin with money to compensate for my loss and unpaid bills paid..) I hopefully will update this rating with 5 stars plus..*** out of respect I will not name the attorney on this case until I repost it with 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
