I was referred to the Leach Firm, by a friend of my son. I was in an accident in 2019. My worker at that time was Ms. Jones. As time progressed I was told that I would have a new case worker by the name Ms Bigelow. Ms Bigelow called me to discuss my case with me. She was very polite, spoke to/with me very professional, and took her time to explain my case to me always asking do I have any questions. I've never experienced anything like this before and was ready to close out my case. Ms Bigelow went back through my case with me and encouraged me that she will do what she needed to do to make my case a successful case. I told her that I would continue with the case.
