I really enjoyed working with Anthony, Allison, and the rest of the team at The Leach Firm. I don’t feel like could’ve chosen a better attorney to represent me than Anthony Hall. He has years of experience, a good demeanor, and I felt the way he explained things to me was really helpful. His negotiation skills and advice along the way were top-notch. Definitely would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

I suffered an on the job injury in November of 2022. At the time I was working as a delivery driver for a roofing material wholesaler and we were slammed with post-hurricane Ian deliveries. Unfortunately, that means in order to meet the demand, we were being overloaded and overworked round the clock. During the last delivery of a very long and strenuous day, myself and three new hires I was training were trying to finish up because it was very late in the afternoon and beginning to get dark. I was tossing the bundles onto the conveyor boom when one of them came tumbling off towards my feet. I reflexively caught it, but tore the distal tendon in my dominant bicep in the process. By the sound the tendon made, I knew right away what had happened. We finished the job and I immediately notified my manager and informed him of what had happened. All in all, I was forced to continue working throughout the Workers Comp bureaucracy and it took the company’s insurance company nearly three months to approve the surgery I needed to repair the injury. However, the specialist informed me that they recommend an injury like that be repaired no more than three days after it occurs. In the end I felt taken advantage of and didn’t feel properly compensated, so I sought counsel on the matter. I contacted several attorneys, but Dale and Ennyd were the only ones who agreed to take my case. When all was said and done, the insurance company decided to settle out of court, and although it didn’t amount to anywhere near I had hoped it would, I’m still grateful to have even received anything because it did help me to catch up on some of the outstanding bills that piled up.
