If the defendants feel the need to go leave 1-star reviews on my lawyer's firm's page, that means he's probably doing a pretty good job.

Of course you are going to write a negative review when you are in the midst of a case and losing badly. An attorney that is worried about filling his pockets would not keep pushing for a settlement if that truly were the case. Keep whining and crying and writing reviews, it's obviously getting you somewhere. Great use of everyone's time this morning!
Also, Tim Kiley Esq is a phenomenal attorney who is very diligent and thorough in his work. He is well organized and stays abreast of the FACTS of the case at hand. He doesn't get involved in the hoopla and the "hallway" conversations. He is a consummate professional and i would highly recommend him to anyone.

Our lawyer Tim Kiley is one of the best in the business. Hes incredibly tentative and always available. Clearly when a group of defendants getting crushed by 1 man come on to hate on him you know hes doing a good job. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone. Their situation is super unfortunate.

I am being sued by Tim Kiley after being forced to appear for a deposition as a witness in a law suit that I was not a party to. After the deposition I was made a party to the same case that included facts that are entirely without merit and abundantly ridiculous. During the deposition it became evident that Mr. Kiley's demeanor and involvement as an attorney was unprofessional, unethical and underminded the reputation of the law firm he is employed at, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward. I am stunned to know that such a law firm would allow this lawsuit to continue having Mr Kiley's disparage its reputation. According to the Florida Bar's Rules of Professional Conduct the fact that the allegations in the amended complaint are not verified by his client makes this lawsuit unethical, unprofessional, and frivolous at best. After the deposition he made light of the fact that his client who is suing me is paying enough to put his children through private school. I hope he and his wife have a 401K to sustain unemployment notwithstanding his private school tuition for his children

I am a defendant in a case where I am representing myself pro se and Timothy Kiley Esq is the attorney who works for Winderweedle Haines Ward Woodman PA. In our interactions Tim treated me unprofessionally and in one instance called me a boy in his attempt to get me to settle. In addition, he has attempted pressure tactics toward me which I found to be unethical. There is no merit to his case and he even admitted that his client will pay him enough money to put his children through private school. Tim Kiley is more concerned with his personal income and profit than he is with the facts and law.
