Chad was very attentive to the needs of my family and I. Even before I retained his services he was giving me advice and assistance. I don’t have one negative comment with service and excellent work that we have received from Chad Frost.

There are not enough kind words I can say about Chad Frost. I am the victim of domestic violence. I am so thankful I made the decision to hire Attorney Frost to represent me. He made me feel heard and understood as I was navigating through the most anxious time of my life. He took the time to ask me as many questions as he could, stayed incredibly organized, and was in constant communication with me from the moment he was retained to the morning of court. He worked around the clock for me and for that I am eternally grateful. Chad Frost is one of the most dedicated and hard working individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is absolutely brilliant and I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Chad has been a great resource in my recent need to have to consult an attorney. He’s been kind and generous giving free legal advice. Terrible attorney!! Never returns calls and was no different then a public defender in court! Don't waste your money!

The women who answer the phone are EXTREMELY RUDE. Susan is one of these women and she is constantly acting like she does not want to do her job or she doesn't know how to do it. In one instance I was calling in regards to my property from a case and she stated "I don't know what to tell you." In another instance regarding the same case I emailed her a letter from the courts and she acted as if she received every page except the one that was needed to take action even though she read me the page while on the phone. She tries to trick the clients into thinking that she knows everything and we know nothing and refused to let anyone speak to Victor- claiming he is in deposition or with another client EVRRY SINGLE TIME someone calls. I've called every day of the week for a month straight and was still unable to speak to Victor or find out anything in regards to my case until I suggested paying more money for a DIFFERENT case; in which he CAME TO MY HOME TO COLLECT PAYMENT. Funny how he can't come to the phone but can travel to collect payment. It's extremely hard to communicate or find anything out about your case with this law office. But in regards to the one case, Victor did get the charges dropped. In regards to the second case..only time will tell dealing with Ms Suzie

Receptionist rude and sounded annoyed . Never follows through with what they say they do .. paper work never submitted to the people whom it needs to get to.. Do not use this facility if you expect accurate a prompt work.No one ever answers the phone ... Poor communications.
