I contacted Mr. Klausman in March when I fractured my wrist due to a fall caused by an unleashed dog. Mr. Klausman was very pleasant to work with and explained everything fully. Although this case was not a large money maker, Mr. Klausman treated me as if it was a million dollar case. He kept me informed throughout the process, and when there was a huge bump in the road that could greatly impact the amount of the settlement that I would receive, Mr. Klausman took that on too - at NO charge!! He informed me that he was tired of folks being taken advantage of by large insurance companies, and assured me he would fight hard to clear things up. His efforts were definitely not in vain, and he was able to successfully fight for my right to keep the full amount of the settlement.
