From the moment I called the customer service was awful. I spoke to Genesis and she was not professional at all. Not well spoken. For her to be receiving his important calls he will be loosing many future clients. I kept calling them a couple of times and this morning she assumed I didn't have $$. She was literally like "I don't know who referred you to him, he's pricey". That was rude. I never once expected this kind of customer service from a professional. That was not acceptable. And then when she calls me back with his price she laughed, and giggle. When I told her I had other quotes for both of my son's cases she acted like she didn't care and literally was rushed to hang up with me and not even bother to negotiate. If it's this bad just with just an initial phone call I can't imagine the rest. I wouldn't trust thousands of dollars to them to help my son. I would counsel Genesis...Never judge a book by it's cover. I am an out of state worried Mom that did not deserve your terrible customer, ghetto customer service.
