I was recommended to attorney Rivas and I have to say that he is amazing. We had a situation with my daughter to where the minute I called and spoke to Ms. Genesis she gave a sense of hope and comfort. Once he took my case he handled everything in the most professional way and he was able to take care of my daughter. I strongly recommend attorney Rivas from the staff to how they always follow up and keep you up to date on everything. I am more than thankful.

Jose Rivas and his firm has been a Godsend to both me and my family. There was a misunderstanding at my home that the Seminole County Sheriff's office tried to blow out of proportion, even tried to intimidate my mom. I have a good career going for me and this would have put an end to it. Jose came highly recommend so my family and myself chose to go with him. It was a great choice!! I was stressing out of control the past 2wks and the whole time I was stressing he was going to bat for me. Today (3-18-20) I got a call from Mr.Rivas and all charges have been dropped! No pre-trial, no stipulations, NO NOTHING. He's a genuine individual and his staff is just as great. I'm extremely thankful for this man and his firm and would HIGHLY recommend him to anybody who may be feeling down and out. As you may know, Seminole County does not like to bend or drop anything, and this man got it done! He's highly appreciated and I'll never forget what this man has done for me. I had and great experience with Rivas Law Firm, I was referred to Rivas office buy another attorney they were very helpful in all aspect and handle my son's case very well and got it to be droped witch made me and my son very happy.
