One of the most amazing practices I ever dealt with. Bill was very knowledgeable and helpful. Never had any issues reaching him or any issues with him not having an answer to any questions I had. Mr. Tonelli represented me in a personal injury case where I was hit by an under-insured motorist. The only time we spoke to anyone other than Bill was when we called into the office. I never had to wait for someone else to relay questions. I really appreciated the promptness. I make my living supporting small businesses and that is what I want from who I hire as well. That personal touch makes all the difference. I've heard many stories from people who hired an accident attorney who took their contract, made it impossible for them to hire someone else, and ghosted them.
