David Bigney/Bigney Law Firm is a Fantastic Attorney! I have a very difficult and complicated injunction order against me. Within a few days he was ready to goto court if necessary. Update:
Typical lawyer response. Yes, everyone in the Untied States deserves representation, but as a lawyer you can pick your clients and yet here you are representing an insurrectionist. What’s more, presuming innocent when you witness someone committing a crime is just silly. Do better.

Initially Chris was great to work with and had good insights regarding the law and how to defend me in my case, but as time went on Chris and the date of the hearing grew closer, he began backpedaling, and he quit as my attorney the day before the hearing. I think he is a great guy and really smart but not a great trial attorney. Despite his pulling out at the last minute, he refused to refund me any of my money and even threatened to charge me more. I would not recommend him as a divorce attorney.
