I was extremely impressed with Mrs. Collins mediation skills. She was very professional and understanding. She did an amazing job representing both sides and bringing us to an agreement fairly quickly. She is very likable and very easy to work with. She made me feel very at ease even under the stressful circumstances. She did a great job mediating and would definitely use her again for any of our HOA mediation needs.
