Merrill and her staff, at Your Caring Law Firm, did a great job in the Estate Planning and our Trust. They were helpful in explaining and advising what is best for us and they were thorough and professional during the meetings we have had with them. We highly recommend them, if you are in need of the many services they offer. You receive a nice binder for all your documents. Getting warm chocolate chip cookies each visit is a bonus!!!

I was referred to My Caring Law Firm from an old high school and college friend. He himself was a pretty successful lawyer and when I asked him who I should turn to for Probate, he instantly gave me MCLF as the place to use. I was an out-of-town client (Virginia) and could only make it down to Orlando a couple of times. I went to MCLF to settle up on my sister's estate as she had recently died, and I was her only living relative. I arranged a meeting with MCLF for the next time I would be in Orlando. To make sure the meeting would go smoothly the para legal I would be working with gave me a list of things that would quicken the meeting and ensure I wouldn't have to come back. Things such as (death certificate, will, house deed, etc, etc, etc). The meeting went smoothly, and we were off and running. From that point on whenever needed they would call me with any questions (there were really none) or to see how they should proceed and some aspect. MCLF has one of the most impressive, accurate and to the penny billing systems I have seen. I knew where every penny they were spending on my probate case came from. When it was all over, and I had received all pertinent court documents, the unused portion of my deposit money was quickly and accurately refunded. I have never had a probate situation before in my life so it is hard to compare lawyers, but I will almost guarantee that no one around will beat MCLF in price and especially service.

When my father died, I was very unsure of what to do. He had a will but it was created and the 1960's before my brother and I were born. They walked me through the process and managed my expectations. Both my parents died in their home within 2 years of each other. It was very difficult to go back their home.
