Evictions and real estate. My company and my family have used Grace Glavin for twenty plus residential evictions and foreclosures. The law requires a 15 day notice for tenants with expired leases or without a lease before filing with the court. Only 3 days with a good lease. Grace does all that for a flat fee for everyone, even individuals I have recommended. We recommend her procedures and communications highly.

I had a real mess and Mrs. Glavin was able to help me and my husband out of a horrible foreclosure issue. I thought we were done for but she helped us save our home and our marriage. Thank you Grace!
