Sarah is dynamic, savvy, and a shrewd negotiator. After almost 20 years working in real estate in Central Florida I have worked with a number of real estate attorneys, and she is by far my favorite. I am the caretaker for my uncle. I found out through a recent emergency visit that my Power Of Attorney had expired (we are in FL and it was written in TN) and yet I needed it that night for the ER. I contacted Sarah and she immediately gave us advice on what to do, even offered to come to the hospital to get it done immediately. Fortunately my uncle was able to make his own decisions this time but we met with her in person within that same week and she did a new POA for me. Also multiple conversations on contracts with buyers and sellers. Sarah answered all of my questions most recently, and my buyers questions, regarding an REO property that sent an addendum to be signed after the offer was accepted

Sarah has been our attorney for the past few years and to say that she has saved us from bad contracts and agreements is an understatement. After we hired her she looked over several contracts that we were ready to sign and pointed out the parts of the contract that would have cost us unnecessary money and the inability to get out of the contract. There is not one document that needs to be signed that Sarah does not look over to let us know if we should sign it. We are so lucky to have her watching out for us all the time.
