If you're looking for a divorce or criminal defense attorney in Tampa, you couldn't pick anyone better than Hackworth Law. Our experience with this firm and Jonathan Hackworth, specifically, has been incredible. There is no good time for legal trouble - but a month before our wedding made it EXTREMELY stressful. His staff was pleasant and Mr. Hackworth called us back the same day, began working on our case immediately, and resolved our issue in a week...A WEEK! That's unheard of. He is an aggressive and effective attorney who is NOT rude or intimidating to his clients; you can't go wrong with Hackworth Law for your divorce or criminal defense needs. We hope to never need him in the future...but he is permanently stored in speed dial if we do. We'd never use anyone else. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, it's true that as in any field, there are average lawyers, incompetent lawyers and outstanding lawyers. I feel that Domenick has always given me a high level of service. I have gone thru a couple of legal services, but none had ever offered me the kind of personal service and attention Domenick has given my case. An absolute understanding of the client's needs. His constant communication and updating me about the case gave me a sense of tranquility. He is reliable and fair. He's committment to help others with legal advice go beyond expectations. I am one of the lucky people. with limited resources and what most would call a small or even insignificant problem, most attorneys would and did decline to get involved. There was no large award to be won. No prestige to be garnered. What was required was intimate knowledge of the law, a good deal of time invested and a great degree of compassion. Domenick Lazzara took it upon himself to carry, what was for me, a major problem and take it to a safe conclusion. He took away all of the worry and handled my case with a high degree of efficiency and professionalism. My experience with Hackworth Law was outstanding he immediately took my case and kept me informed through out the whole ordeal. He was very knowledgeable and showed he was experience with handling my case. He was fair and flexible with his payment options. I can't say enough about Jonathan Hackworth. Until now I have never needed the expertise of a lawyer and I am thankful every day that I have Jon representing me. Of course the people he works with are all true professionals but to me it's the attention and the care that you are given personally by him that sets his work above others. I always felt informed and aware of our goals in the process and on many occasions he was available to answer my questions to just put my mind at ease. I think for me, for so many reasons, there are many lawyers that you can find but you will not find another with his patience, his understanding, his knowledge, and even his charisma. Jon handled a few legal matters for me ranging from traffic tickets to a car accident. My ticket was dismissed and I was very pleased with the settlement from the car accident. I highly recommend him. His staff is also very receptive to the needs of clients and telephone calls are always returned.

A few years ago today, my child's mother threatened to abandon state with our toddler. I filed the necessary paperwork in the courthouse pro se. Eventually, she did leave the state with child without my permission. I hired a local attorney who represented me during several mediations to reestablish my relationship with my daughter. Mr. Hackworth contacted me and offered pre-trial and trial representation at a very affordable rate. To be honest, the low rate caused skepticism and hesitation at first. After further online research, I could not find anything negative. I am glad I decided to hire attorney Hackworth. He is personable, he does not make you feel rushed, he conducts business using his own cell phone which is extraordinary and that is not all, Mr. Hackworth assisted me in winning majority custody of my daughter. As a father, most people doubted the possibility of this outcome for the last two years of my life. Attorney Hackworth made this possible.
