I have only had my preliminary meeting with this group, but the professionalism and customer service is unmatched! I'm expecting great things from this relationship. As the no fault driver in this accident, I've been running around in circles with the insurance company-being told that I should use my personal insurance to cover the care received because of my injuries and they will reimburse me later. Monge & Associates have promised to take the baton and finish this race for me. I'm confident that they will ensure that I get the best care possible and that I will be compensated for the inconveniences that I've encountered. I'm so glad I happened to see their ad on TikTok. Choosing them has been the best decision I've made since my accident occurred! Thank you Monge & Associates for caring and treating me like the only client you're assisting; it has not gone unnoticed!
