Joe Durham has an aggressive approach to litigation, and is always ready to fight for his clients' needs. He is direct, well prepared, and works overtime to keep his clients informed every step of the way--even in his down time. Cheryl, Stephanie, and the office staff are amazing, as well. Always extremely helpful, prompt, and responsive to client communication. I would recommend Joe and his team to anyone in need of top-notch representation with no frills or sugar-coating.

Thanks soooooo much to the staff at Joe Durham. When my family and I were visiting relatives, and unfortunately ended up in an accident we were recommended to his office. Thankfully once we met with him all our worries disappeared. He made everything easy to understand and assured us he would take care of everything and he did. If I am ever in GA again with a situation like this, he is definitely on #1 spot to call.

Hello.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a lawyer, I’m very pleased to say. I was recently in a serious accident, where a loved one of mine had gotten extremely hurt. I am so glad that I was referred to Mr. Durham office. He researched how he could help me and gave me alternatives I needed if I couldn't use his services. He is a very nice and authentic person. He's not going to sugarcoat answers and will give you the correct answers you need to help your case. There is no gaslighting. If he doesn't know the answer he's going to find it for you.
