I honestly don't know where to begin. Kevin Mammola is a blessing in the form of a divorce attorney. As you can imagine, it was a very dark period in my life when I made Kevin's acquaintance. My marriage was over and my then 13yr old son was desperate to remain in my custody during and after the divorce. The courts were backed up due to covid. My ex wanted to contest every detail and really sought to stick it to me going so far as trying to have me arrested. Due to the multitude of false allegations that were levied against me, I also had to contend with a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem who seemed dead set on helping my ex-wife gain custody of our son. I should also mention that my ex is the daughter of millionaire parents as well. I on the other hand am just a working stiff that loves his son. Kevin's brilliance, leadership, patience and CLASS made such a difference. As you can probably imagine, there were times where I lost it due to the compounding stresses of single-parenthood, divorce, covid and a despicable Guardian Ad Litem. Kevin's guidance is what kept me together through the entire ordeal that lasted just under 2 1/2 years!!!! Through it all, having Kevin as my attorney felt more like having my brother as my attorney. I felt that he CARED about both my son as well as myself. My ex went through 3 attorneys during the process as none were a match for Kevin and the team at Cordell & Cordell. The folks at Cordell & Cordell called me several times throughout the process as well, looking to see how I felt that Kevin was performing. In the end, by following Kevin's lead and guidance, I won. I won full custody of my son, my ex had to pay thousands to cover the costs of the aforementioned despicable Guardian Ad Litem. If you ever find yourself in need of a Hall Of Fame level divorce attorney, I cannot imagine that there is a better option than Kevin and his team at Cordell & Cordell. I cannot thank them enough!!!
