Been practicing DUI law for over 30 years. Tony opened my eyes to the do(s) and don't(s) of HGN, WAT and OLS. An expert teacher and experienced practioner of the SFSTs. Take this course and expand your depth of knowledge.

My office (criminal defense law firm) sent me to Atlanta this past Spring to participate in Mr. Palacios' course and I cannot praise Mr. Palacios or the training staff he works with more. I appreciated Mr. Palacios' background in law enforcement and the insights he was able to provide, having himself been trained in SFSTs from the alternative perspective. The course offered a great balance of what I would call "classroom-style" instruction and hands on instruction -- people still get a kick out of me informing them that we train with people who are actually intoxicated to some degree! Despite my working in the state of Montana and Mr. Palacios and the other instructors stationed primarily in Georgia, the course was still extremely applicable to my work in Montana. I can say that this training has greatly increased my ability to aid my bosses in assessing a DUI investigation and help prepare them for the process of negotiating a plea agreement or helping our client decide if he or she wants to pursue trial. 11/10 would recommend.

Mr. Palacios' course is the best criminal defense course I have ever taken. He teaches not only the "HOW" but the "WHY" behind the science of DUI. Because of his course, I am now on equal footing with the arresting officer. I recommend his courses without hesitation. When you leave, you will be a better advocate for your client.

I have taken Basic SFSTs, ARIDE, and Instructor course with Anthony Palacios. The man knows his stuff. He is squared away. According, I am now hiring him as an expert in cases in Florida. It’s rare that someone is so knowledgeable. He is outstanding. Classes are very helpful to being successful in Dui defense. I highly recommend.

Tony Palacios is an outstanding SFST instructor. He is direct, knowledgable, and engaging. I completed his course of instruction in Standardized Field Sobriety testing and DUI detection and with it I gained a significant degree of competence and confidence. Tony Palacios is THE MAN! His course was the best CLE I've ever done, without a doubt. If you defend any DUI cases at all, this course should be an absolute can't-miss opportunity for you to learn from a master. He is at the top of his game, with knowledge of every nuance you need to know, but totally cool, approachable, and without any annoying ego or sense of self-importance. I retained Olivia for my immigration case. She is very knowledgeable in immigration law, which is complex and can be a headache for the ones who don't know how to navigate through it.. Olivia is thorough, a great communicator, and truly represents best interests of her client. I do recommend her to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer that works hard for their clients.
