I was referred to Mr. Samuel Johnson by a trusted friend and hired him for my car accident case. “I initially chose Samuel Johnson (formerly Sayeed Mohalady) to handle my and my daughter’s car accident cases due to a previous friendship. However, I feel compelled to share the challenges I encountered during our interactions. Mr. Johnson’s approach often involved making promises about the outcomes which raised our expectations, but unfortunately, both cases resulted in severe undercompensation—receiving only about $3,000 from a $25,000 settlement from the insurer. He also referred us to his brother for chiropractic treatments, which we found ineffective. Furthermore, I believe his handling of the cases impacted my personal relationships and contributed to the loss of my job. Reflecting on these experiences, I feel that the level of professionalism did not meet what one might expect from a seasoned attorney.
