Alan Meincke was an excellent divorce lawyer. He attended to all of my needs in a thorough and timely manner. He is a very caring lawyer, listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my calls/emails quickly. I'm very grateful for how he advocated for me while going through such a difficult season.

I had a highly contentious and complicated child custody case which Alan came in and straightened all out. I honestly feel like he saved my life in so many ways. To whom in may concern: If you are reading these reviews it is because you are considering hiring Alan to represent you. I can assure that you are making the right choice. I had a difficult case and he owned it from the beginning. He showed and proved to be very knowledgeable and effective. Unfortunately, we had to go to a Jury Trial and it was not my choice. He took the time to coach me as much as possible, gather as much evidence and performed a lot of work behind the scenes so he could be prepared for trial and there were no surprises. During the 4 day jury trial, he was able to determine that the other party was lying and they were impeach and found guilty. I was acquitted from anyone all the charges and he was able to protect all my assets. From my experience working with Alan, I can say with great certainty. That he is an amazing attorney, diligent, knowledgeable, dedicated, determine and with great values. I can promise that I don't want to relive and/or repeat the that stage of my past. However, if I had to do it over? I would not want anyone else to represent me but Alan. If you are looking for someone to represent you, look no further than Alan H. Alan recommended Temporary Orders. We negotiated a temporary agreement while my wife and began to reconcile. Thankfully she retracted the divorce petition.
