I was in a very desperate position and went to Atlanta divorce law for help. I laid out my case for them and I was very encouraged with the response. After paying a retainer and having an initial phone conference, my strategy meeting was abruptly cancelled via an email 2 hours prior to the meeting. I was released as a client without any explanation. The managing partner cited resources as an issue. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my entire life. If a firm this size can’t handle simple divorce decree modifications I wouldn’t give them the chance to handle anything really important. Please be careful of anything they say to you.

I don't know where to begin, as I am so overwhelmed with satisfaction and happiness with this firm! I found The Atlanta Divorce Law Group online, and saw that they were one of the best law firms in the Atlanta Metro Area that practices family law. As soon as I obtained them for their legal support/ services and representation, they went right to work on my case. My case is not an easy one, a rather unique and difficult one where I was wrongfully accused of having outstanding arrearage in back child support which wasn't true, and yet the Child Support Agencies continued to pursue me anyway to the point where my bank account was frozen, passport revoked/ seized, etc life as we know it was changing for the worse for me right in front of my eyes . The Atlanta Divorce Law Group worked diligently each and every single day to over turn this error and horrible nightmare I was living. Their amazing lawyers and paralegals/ staff are very consistent with staying in contact with you, giving clients up to date, play by play actions, responses, and most importantly, results! And as result, my bank lien was completely lifted, passport reinstated, my life back to normal, and none of this could have been possible without the Atlanta Divorce law Group and trusting in their practices. Mr. Russell and his clerical staff were totally careless and cared less about their mistakes on my case. He asked for a $1,000 extra midway to cover for a no-show deposition. He would not refund. His clerical staff completely confused the divorce decree and he wanted another $1,000 to fix it and to hold my ex in contempt. I had already given him $5,000!!

During our free consultation, Sara & her team went out of their way to make my new husband & I feel at ease dealing with a pending custody battle with my former spouse concerning my teenage daughter & 11-year-old son. She is a calm, diplomatic, & very engaging attorney who knows how to get to the heart of the issue quickly and clearly. We are quite impressed & happy new prospective clients.

Allen Russell represented me during my divorce. He was well organized and fought hard for my interests concerning my son. He got the result that I wanted and I can't thank him enough. If I need an attorney in the future I will be contacting him first.

Mr. Russell did a terrific job for me and my family. This is the second time I have hired him and he has done a great job each time--once for my divorce and once to modify the parenting plan. He and his staff were very responsive to my many (sometimes too many..lol) questions, kept the costs reasonable, and got the results i wanted! I could not have requested anything more!

Allen Russell represented me in my divorce without children. He was never prompt in responding to texts, emails or calls. I'm very thankful I didn't follow his advise and agree to a settlement proposed by my ex. Had I followed his advise, I would have lost half of my investments to a very brief marriage. Instead, I went against his advise and refused to settle. Fortunately, it turned out ok for me, as the judge ruled favorably on my side. I never felt like Allen had any passion for justice or serving those he represented. My friend, who is currently represented by Allen, continues to lose more and more custody of their child for no reason, other than the other parent keeps asking for more time. He continues to advise my friend to settle and not fight the situation.
