This firm had our retainer and documents for over 7 weeks before we ever received a drafted motion. This was a simple modification of child support based on age of child and income change for defendant. After repeated calls and emails, a draft was sent of the motion and it was completely inaccurate in it's entirety. Emails indicating as such have gone unanswered for an additional 2 weeks. I would not recommend this firm to anyone that is looking for competent and responsive representation. I can only imagine how difficult it is going to be to receive our retainer back so that we can seek other counsel.
