Very friendly professional staff. Customer service was excellent. The environment of the office is outstanding. All requests were addressed and answered. The attorney was knowledgeable and helpful. There is a little room for improvement in making sure the participants understand when to come back to sign documents and making sure all are there. Once identified it was simple, quick, and efficiently executed. Overall had a great experience and would recommend this law firm to others.

Simply put, I still have nightmares on how this firm handled my case. Nickled and dimed everything they could, ran through over 20k on a custody battle that would normally cost you 5k. Never won a court hearing in my case, only promises and defeats. Drained me of all my funds 7and left me high, dry, and defeated once the money ran out. I was assigned three different attorneys through it all, and was lied to from the beginning. Above it all I lost a real shot at having custody with my only daughter because of they're sloppy, unorganized, and poorly ran firm. Honestly the worst desicion and experience I ever had. I have since moved on, but will never forget how they treated my case and effected my future with my daughter. Will never understand how Sara sleeps at night knowing what her firm did to me throughout all of this. Please stay far away from this firm, not allowing the same horror story happen to you!

Can't say enough good things about Sara and her staff. I attempted to go thru the process on my own and failed miserably. I hired Sara's firm after my initial consultation. She simplified everything and walked me thru the application process and was there every step of the way. Highly recommend Sara and her firm if you have any SSD issues. At the beginning, they were great. They warned us that a custody case would be expensive but it felt like they were worth it. As the case continued to proceed, we started noticing that although the case started slowing down, the bills still kept strong. We were charged for every single thing, including when they put us on hold. When they started changing the staff, they billed us for them reviewing our case and getting up to speed. They started asking for information and then a week later, a different member would ask for the same information and then bill us the time they wasted calling us and looking for the previous information. Then near the end, they billed us for other lawyers looking at our case with no warning. They seem like good lawyers, but they are horribly unorganized and will bill you for everything. We know that custody cases can take a large chunk of time and money, but with this firm you will run out of money before you get to the finish line. Your case is too important to have a group of lawyers who only think of you as a paycheck.

She has fought for me, given expert advice, and made me feel like I mattered. She tells me like it is and has helped me in more ways she will know other than my divorce.
