My experience with Campbell & Brannon was great from start to finish. The pre-closer Tiffany was very helpful in making sure all the necessary docs were in order and received on time. The attorney, Spencer Knott did an amazing job at the closing table by keeping things moving quickly and more importantly smoothly. Lastly, Latosha was great in keeping everyone informed of the status of the funding. Thanks to the great team at C&B, not only was I happy as a REALTOR®, but most importantly my clients were happy as well!

I have used Campbell and Brannon in the past for closings and the seasoned attorneys have always been excellent. I also say that the paralegals are extremely good at their jobs under high stress and pace. Our last closing we had Lara Carrillo and we were not at all impressed. She lacked attention to small details that we had shared about important documentation and the lack of care and in my opinion inexperience and nervousness forced the buyer to have to go back and do corrections with the county on their own. She was repeatedly told about these details and advised she would be mindful and simply wasn’t. I couldn’t assist with the process in my capacity. They were not happy having paid high closing costs. Overall Lara needs more training and experience before I would have confidence working with her in front of my clients.
