I found them on google and they had great reviews. I reached out for a free consult with Kyle. I met with him via google meet and talked about the case. He sent over client paperwork and the invoice for $500. I paid within 24 hours. A week goes by and I follow up for an update. Days later I follow up again. Days later I call the office to speak to Kyle and he’s busy. I call again a few hours later and I get to his line and he doesn’t even know who I am. He doesn’t remember anything about the case and has not started any work. I asked to terminate services and receive a refund immediately. When I spoke to the receptionist she said she could not refund me because they didn’t have any credit charges that day and can’t have their account in the negative. I would have to wait to see when they get payments or to have the payment mailed to me or pick it up. Anyway I just picked up my check today which was over an hour away from my home. Very inconvenient and a complete waste of time…..

This Law Firm is a Hidden GEM! I was in super complicated hostile situation with multiple insurance carriers not wanting to pay what was rightfully mine by all means. What I found out is many attorneys with expertise in the field are working for insurance companies thus may not represent clients like me due to conflict of interests legal clause. Moreover, simpler solution using Public Adjuster is not feasible with cases involved multiple insurance carries. I was referred to Michael Penn, Briskin, Cross & Sanford through personal connections, and he is simply wonderful! The whole process was very transparent, I was given choices with explanation for pros and cons, I was kept super clear about constrains and limitations, and to simplify what I am trying to say, I was given very high level expert guidance and professional help throughout the whole matter, which was resolved to my COMPLETE and UNREVOKABLE satisfaction!
