I called Michael Horst after I became frustrated trying to deal with the at fault drivers insurance company. I had seen good reviews and called. Dealing with the at fault drivers insurance company was still frustrating but Mike was there through each step. He responded to my questions immediately when I had documents to sign to settle the case. He sought other avenues to get the most dollars available to me. I am extremely glad I called. I definitely learned my lesson trying to deal with this alone and would use him again.
