Randy and his team (in particular Brigitte), went above and beyond to make sure that the best outcome was realized. It took an amazing amount of patience, persistence, toughness (when called for) and foresight to successfully address a set of complex legal challenges in this case. Randy was always available – evenings and weekends if necessary – to listen to concerns and to respond to surprises that were encountered over the course of a long and protracted legal battle. He always kept his focus through the ups and downs on his winning strategy and execution. And in court, Randy effectively presented our case in a strategic and forceful manner resulting in a positive outcome. I highly recommend Randy and team to anyone in need of family law representation. Many thanks to Randy for a job well done.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional legal representation provided by Randy during my tumultuous divorce proceedings. From the outset, I knew I was in capable hands, but the outcome exceeded my expectations in every way. Navigating a high-conflict divorce, especially with a narcissistic ex-spouse, is a daunting challenge. Randy not only provided expert legal guidance but also demonstrated unwavering support and understanding throughout the entire process. His strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail were evident from day one. One of the most pivotal achievements was securing custody of my children and ensuring they could continue to live in the family home, which was crucial for their stability and well-being. Randy skillfully utilized discovery procedures to uncover critical evidence that exposed the controlling, harassing, and manipulative behaviors of my ex-spouse. This evidence proved instrumental in persuading the court to prioritize the best interests of my children above all else. I highly recommend Randy to anyone facing a similar situation. His expertise in handling high-conflict divorces, particularly those involving narcissistic personalities, is unparalleled. I am deeply thankful for his dedication and commitment to achieving a favorable outcome that has profoundly impacted my family's future.

Randy Sabatini represented me in my high conflict child custody case and took me from emergency hearing to final trial. We got the results we were looking for and as a father of a daughter I can’t express the amount of gratitude and appreciation I have for him and his team. I couldn’t be more impressed with the results, the support, the ease of communication, and level of professionalism he and his whole team have given me. I do my research, so when I first met Randy Sabatini, he heard my situation, was straight forward with me, showed confidence and knowledge and I knew he was the right attorney for me. The opposing party before the start of the case was very contentious, accusatory, and mean spirited and it only escalated after I filed for an emergency hearing. He helped me understand how to better co-parent with someone who is difficult. Even during court, the opposing party and attorney tried to discredit me as a father but Randy showed all the proof I have given him and used it to show I was the best option as the primary custodian of our daughter. He believed in me, was very sensitive to me and my daughter’s position and he was very confident in his process. Like a coach, he was there every step of the way even when I was stressed or worried and he made sure I stayed on track, understood the process and he was available by phone or text to answer my questions so I can remain confident during one of the most challenging times in my life. He didn’t only protect my daughter, he protected and supported what I stand for as a dedicated and committed father. He also has an awesome team and I have to thank Brigitte and Samantha for their support, how quickly they responded to my questions, and kept me up to date with things I needed to do. Thank you so much Randy and his whole team for the guidance and results you have gotten me and my daughter. He is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with and though I know tons of attorney’s, I recommend Randy Sabatini above all else related to family law and especially child custody.

I never thought I would have to search for an attorney to help me navigate the process of a divorce. I had so many questions and uncertainties, that it was overwhelming. I wanted an attorney with experience, that would listen to me but at the same time be straight forward, creative in their approach to provide an acceptable outcome, and possessed a passion for helping others. Mr. Randy Sabatini met all those qualities and exceeded my expectations. Randy delievers results, and I am only grateful for his help.

Mr. Snell was very professional and informative. He helped me to understand all aspects of my case. I personally felt as if he ws giving me the same service he would give his family member, if they were in a similar situation. I would definitely use him again and or recommend his services to friend or family. Good old fashioned customer service. Thanks Mr Snell for all you have done.

Chris did such a great job for me! I had a series of flooding happen in my condo that I was renting. It was a very stressful and rough situation between the landlord and myself and long with my insurance company. He was SO helpful, got resolution for me, in my favor and protected my rights. He was not only very knowledgeable at great at his job, he was attentive and never once made me feel like I was inferior or undeserving of being walked over. I would use and recommend Chris ANY DAY!!! He was absolutely fantastic. If you need him, you can be assured he will take care of you and be in good ethics while doing so. A top notch human being!!

Andy is truly the best at what he does. His knowledge and expertise is unmatched in my opinion. If you are looking for the best of the best he is the man. My case took 2yrs to go to trial and never at any point did I have any doubt he would see it through till the end! We won our case and honestly it wasn't even worth his time to take but he had compassion for me beyond what any other lawyer would it wasn't about the money for him as much as it was the principle of justice for what happened to me. I cannot thank him enough for his services and I will tell anyone if they are looking for a lawyer that will truly care about you as a person and fight for you he is the man to get it done!

Okay that may be a tad dramatic but after first speaking with two other attorneys who I KNEW were not helping me, I was desperate to find a lawyer to fight for me. I was being bullied by a former employer and my ability to earn an income in my industry was at risk. Andy listened carefully to all the facts and took control of the situation. If you’re in search of a knowledgeable attorney who will fight for their client, Andy is the one!

After a couple weeks of searching for someone to help me I was giving up hope and trying to do legal work myself LOL,, everyone I spoke to wanted $250 to $350 an hour which I did not have. Andy took the time, listened to my case and required no upfront payments. Of course he's taking a risk with no guarantee and that takes a man with a good heart and chutzpah. He is a blessing to me and actually became more than a lawyer but also a friend he's one of the nicest men you will ever meet! I have already reccomended him to my family and friends and you will as well, hes the best!

Can a Lawyer Represent Me in Courts Outside of Alpharetta, Georgia?

Whether a lawyer can represent you in courts outside of your city or state depends on their licensure and the jurisdiction of the court:

  • Within the Same State:
Lawyers licensed in a particular state can typically practice anywhere within that state, including all cities and counties. They can represent you in both state and federal courts located in that state.
  • Outside of Their Licensed State:
If your case is in a different state, the lawyer must be licensed in that state to represent you. However, there are exceptions:
    • Pro Hac Vice Admission: An out-of-state lawyer can request special permission to represent a client in a specific case in another state. This requires filing a motion with the court and often working in conjunction with a local attorney.
    • Federal Courts: If your case is in federal court, a lawyer licensed in any state may be able to represent you, provided they are admitted to practice in that particular federal court.
  • International Representation:
For cases outside the United States, different rules apply, and the lawyer may need to comply with the foreign country's legal requirements or collaborate with local counsel.

It's important to discuss your specific situation with the lawyer to determine if they can represent you in the desired jurisdiction and what steps may be necessary to do so.

How to Check the Credibility of a Lawyer

Before hiring a lawyer, it's crucial to verify their credibility and ensure they're qualified to handle your case:

  • Verify Their License:
Check with your state's bar association to confirm the lawyer is licensed and in good standing. Most state bar websites have an online directory for this purpose.
  • Experience and Specialization:
Ensure the lawyer specializes in the area of law relevant to your case. Review their website, professional profiles, and case history.
  • Disciplinary Record:
Look up any history of disciplinary actions or complaints through the state bar association's records.
  • Client Reviews and Testimonials:
Read reviews on legal directories like Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Google, or Yelp to gauge client satisfaction and experiences.
  • Professional Memberships:
Membership in professional organizations or specialty bar associations can indicate a commitment to their field and adherence to high ethical standards.
  • Awards and Recognitions:
Honors from reputable organizations reflect expertise and a positive reputation in the legal community.
  • Consultation Assessment:
Use the initial consultation to evaluate their communication skills, responsiveness, and willingness to address your concerns.
  • Ask for References:
A credible lawyer should be willing to provide references from past clients who can speak to their abilities and professionalism.

What Should I Prepare for My First Consultation?

To make the most of your initial meeting with a lawyer, come prepared with:

  • Relevant Documents:
Bring all documents related to your case, such as:
    • Contracts or agreements
    • Correspondence (emails, letters, texts)
    • Legal notices or court papers
    • Financial records (if applicable)
    • Evidence (photos, videos, receipts)
  • Written Summary:
Prepare a concise written summary of your situation, including key dates, events, and parties involved. This helps the lawyer quickly understand the context.
  • List of Questions:
Write down any questions you have about your case, the legal process, fees, or the lawyer's experience.
  • Financial Information:
If your case involves financial matters, bring relevant documents like pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, or invoices.
  • Contact Information:
Provide details of any witnesses or other parties relevant to your case, including their names and contact information.
  • Personal Identification:
Bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
  • Pen and Notebook:
Take notes during the consultation to remember important points discussed.
  • Budget Constraints:
Be ready to discuss your budget and any financial limitations so the lawyer can provide appropriate guidance on fees and payment options.
  • Openness and Honesty:
Be prepared to discuss your case candidly. Full disclosure allows the lawyer to give accurate advice and anticipate potential challenges.
