Stay far away from this firm they will totally screw you and they pad the books for services that were never given. If I could give them a zero I would. They take advantage of the weak and should be disbarred! I will be making a complaint with the Bar Association next week!!

I really hope there are no negative reviews against this firm as I was in dire need for legal representation for the 1st time in my life. Just calling around and getting nothing but voicemails and promise call backs, Vayman and Teitelbaum picked up the phone after a few rings, answered my question and directed me to Kendall . Kendall was very informative and helpful. Listened to my legal situation and although i could not afford to be represented by this firm, she was very helpful to guide me in an alternative direction. This was the worst experience of my LIFE!!!! A waste of time and they nickel and dime you for everything!!! Thousands of dollars and a year later, a simple probate case for my dead father is still not resolved. The only reason it took so long was because of the firm due to the issues and hiccups that occurred with the firm not even the courts!!! I’ve Had three lawyers quit while on my case and leave the firm and I was NOT notified of the matter until I contacted them asking about my case EACH TIME!, then instead of them putting another lawyer on my case the last time they put an assistant on my case who knew nothing about what was going on and I had to basically do my own foot work because she was clueless!!! After charging me for EVERY phone call and email which was pointless we were finally done with the case… or so I thought! MONTHS later I get a random text from the firm stating that I owe them 1200 for carried on work that they did WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! I then responded to the text they sent asking why I owed that much money because I haven’t dealt with them in months and I never got a response. Days later my account was charged 1300 with know authorization from me. I called to get things straight and got the run around, finally Sarah one of the billings people speaks with me and that ended with her hanging up the phone in my face! The next person I spoke with was Katie which was little more pleasant but not by much. They took my money and had no sympathy behind the way they spoke to me nor did they try to understand where I was coming from as far as my anger. Moral of the story they are all whacked out and useless save your money time and sanity and GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!! Somewhere who appreciates the client and does not try to dig their pockets out for little to no help or effort. I pray that these people are exposed for the scams that they are!!
