When it became clear that my marriage was irreconcilable (adultery and abandonment) I retained Janet Fashinasi as my attorney. She asked great questions and answered ALL my questions. Her counsel regarding what I should do immediately and what not to do was critical. Her timely preparation of documents and decisive action preserved my assets and facilitated an expedited end to an irreconcilable marriage.

I consulted with Ms. Fashinasi recently on a modification defense. She bashed the other attorney, talked over me, and only has 1 year experience bouncing from another firm. She had zero knowledge of the local judge and it was crass to speak so poorly about the other attorney not knowing this person. It was awful... Very inexperienced, unprofessional, rude, and immature.
