Where do I begin, first off I want to express my gratitude to all the amazing staff within this immigration law firm. Literally from the receptionist to all the paralegals and most importantly all the lawyers here at Lee and Peynado Immigration Law Group. I recommend this law firm 100%. Lee and Peynado Immigration Law Group take pride in their cases and make sure every case that comes across these lawyers is BEAT! When I say they take “NO” for an answer is I MEAN IT’S A NO! I want to personally take the time to express my gratitude towards Mrs. Pamela Peynado- Stewart. I am so thankful I reached out to her to take over my husbands case in May 2019. My husbands case was a very difficult case and I can really say it was not a beatable case. She provided many many hours in my husbands case, worked hard, worked late hours along side Mrs. Megan Gil (attorney), and Stephanie (paralegal). I can say everyone in this law firm is compassionate, caring, dedicated, and hard working individuals towards their clients and cases. The level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. Pamela was able to successfully help me when my case but above that treated me like a person. Her level of professionalism was only exceeded by her compassion. She treated me like family.

Pamela is an amazing lawyer. She pays close attention to details and will make sure your applications go smoothly the first time around. She follows up and double check status of applications. So I called her office to set up a free consultation over the phone 2 weeks ago and they scheduled my appointment today.. Even though they didn’t have any earlier appointments I still waited..Yesterday I received a reminder about my phone consultation for today and I told they told me to give them a call.. Today at my exact appointment time I called them and the secretary tells me that the lawyer will call me from her personal cellphone I’m a few minutes... 30 minutes go by and I called the lawyers office back and I ask the secretary if they forgot about me. First she comes off rude and tells me that the lawyer had an emergency and she had to leave the office and that she will call me within the next hour... I never received a phone call from them at all. I waited 2 weeks for this..First impressions mean a lot to me and my first impressions of them is that they are very Unreliable and Unprofessional- how am I supposed to trust a lawyer like this .. I totally get emergencies can happen but you call the possible client and let them know “hey there was an emergency and we are very sorry” instead of making people wait hours and hours. They lost a possible client and if they treat everyone the way they did, they will lose many more.

Having to deal with my case was extremely stressful. Trying to understand the laws are difficult. A friend of mine referred Pamela to me and it was the best call I ever made. She is efficient, determined and honestly cares. You can see it when she is in court. You see the passion behind her fight for you. Needless to say, the results of my case were beyond what I thought was possible. I am sincerely grateful and highly recommend her.

Pamela Peynado is by far the best immigration attorney. Actually she is by far the best attorney! I have never met someone more compassionate and skilled at what she does. Not only was she the upmost professional, she truly took the time to get to know me and my family. We weren't just a case to her, which made a terrifying time in our lives more sustainable. Ms Peynado is a super hard working attorney I met for my immigration problem. I changed two attorneys prior to my final court hearing, and no one was very helpful to me. Infact, I wasn't even bothered to be called in until the time I hired Ms. Peynado. Initially, I met Mr. Peter, who is also a member of Lee and Peynado. He was very straight forward for what can and cannot be done, and also showed his sincerity to help me. He was super good at keeping me updated as well as answering my questions. Ms. Peynado went to court early ahead of me because she believed I deserve to stay in the U.S, and because of their hard work, I am here today. Attorney Peynado is hands down the hardest working and most professional lawyer I have worked with. She was always on top of my case and called to update me on what was going on and what I needed to do next or what I needed to provide. She is so professional and always there to answer any question that I may have. I could call her at 7AM or on weekends or nights and she would answer. Pamela is the best immigration lawyers. I went to two other lawyers before her and they charged me over $10,000 for my deportation case. Pamela only charged me $6,000. I hired her because she was sweet and I could afford it and she let me to make payment plans. She always answered my calls and texts and won my deportation case. I now have my green card!
