A very caring and thought firm! I worked with Kate Karassik and she was so patient and wonderful throughout my case which took a year and a half. After my surgery she even sent me a gorgeous flower bouquet. I was originally with a larger more known firm and I felt like they didn’t have the compassion I wanted. Instantly once I came to Van Sant it was a completely different positive experience.
