The best decision I have made was in choosing Ted Spaulding to represent me on my injury case. Ted explained every step of the process. He explained the pros and the cons of each decision we needed to make. Ted even explained what future decisions we might face so that we had time to think about our decisions. The strongest recommendation I can give was when Ted thought I wasn’t making the best choice for my case. He did not pressure me in any way. He stated my options over to me and explained his advice. It gave me a chance to really consider my decision. He ended up being correct and I was glad I took that moment to reflect.

Ted was was prompt, kind, and honest. My mother's wreck was not at all her fault. The other driver crossed into her lane and hit her head on. She had a broken neck - not paralyzed, thank goodness, but still - and a broken arm and she was black and blue all over. Ted worked to get my mother as much as he could and did so without causing my fairly reclusive mother any undue stress. He came to her house when they needed to meet in person. He was honest - he said and he meant that all decisions about how to proceed were my mother's. My daughter was attacked by a pitbull a few weeks ago. To make matters worse, it was a strangers dog in a large public establishment. I’ll preface by saying that I am a current client who is paid up, and I am incredibly displeased. I initially spoke with Leila S who assured me that she would be able to provide a relationship to help support the initial registration of my RIA venture in a timely fashion. The first thing that happened was passing me off to an associate attorney who took a week to send me a simple introduction email to get things started. As I look back at the onset of our engagement, and after reviewing all of the email correspondence between myself, Leila, and two other associates within her firm, I can confidently say that there has been a complete lack of effort on everyone’s part. At this point, I could care less about the $10k that I spent to get the initial registration completed. It’s the time wasted caused by lackluster communication, abysmal follow-up, and poor expectation-setting from everyone that I am really upset about. I relayed feedback to Leila on two separate occasions and I am still being treated like a cow on the money farm. I just want the services that were promised to be delivered so I can move on with my life and not have to deal with people I don’t trust. Engaging with myrialawyer has been one of my biggest regrets.

Mr Spaulding worked very hard to get results after a hit and run on my motorcycle. He was very professional and handled the case with care that you don’t get out of just any law firm.
