John Toney is the best. He helped us navigate responding to our case with the best service possible. John explained our rights and options clearly, did extra research when needed, was organized, proactive, professional and extremely helpful. He invested more time than expected to help make sure we were clear about every aspect of our case, and continued to look for ways to help even after our hearing date. I’ve know Adam for a couple of years, personally, as we worked out together at the same CrossFit gym. He’s one hell of a guy, has a beautiful family and amazing work ethic in the gym, in life, and in the office. I recently got myself into a sticky situation with a Super Speeder citation issued by GSP in Oconee County. Reaching out to Adam was my first thought. He quickly put my mind at ease with how much he was able to offer me concerning his knowledge of Oconee County’s court system, specifically. He was with me throughout the entire 4(ish) month long timeframe that it took to resolve the citation. Being a former Firefighter, it was important for me to maintain my Class F driver’s license for potential future employment with public services and he was able to assist me in a plea that allowed for just a couple points on my license and a fine. The judge was made confident by Adam’s and my presence in court that I had learned a valuable lesson about the dangers of speeding, especially as a public servant who has personally seen outcomes worse than simply a citation for speeding. My gf and I are so very grateful for the friendship we have with Adam and his family if not just for this occurrence! I highly, highly, highly recommend Adam and his practice for anything law related, especially if in Oconee County!! 10/5 stars across the board, sincerely!

This man.. got us through the hardest part of our lives and the entirety of our case was 2 years and when we finally got a court date he absolutely killed it in the court room and got us the BEST outcome we could ever expect.
