She clearly cares about her clients and puts a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable while navigating the legal system.

He doesn't leave you in the dark wondering where your case is going. Most atty's won't give you the piece of mind that Nick does. Workers Comp cases are always stressful due to the injury and lack of finances. I have to give credit where credit is due. Nick will get you everything you deserve. I never thought I would write a good review for an atty but, Nick is not your normal atty. He, actually, cares about the well-being of his clients. If Nick can't get you a fair settlement, then no attorney can get you one. He's one of the BEST. Thank you for everything, Nick!

I was referred to Nick by a nurse at Athens Regional Hospital. And when I tell you that calling Nick was the best decision I made it definitely was! When your leg is nearly amputated while your at work and your laying in the hospital not sure where to turn calling Nick at Hansford McDaniel was the best thing! He was there the whole way picked up my phone calls every time and no matter how much healing I had left to do he helped me the whole way! Even if it was just listening to me complain because I was sick of being in bed! He even came to my home and brought a basket with a ham and all the fixings for thanksgiving because he knew I couldn’t walk and fix thanksgiving dinner by myself! Complete God sent! I would recommend a million times over!!

I never had to use a lawyer before my case was opened. I can tell you that this law firm made my first experience more smoothly than I expected. They stayed in contact with me and answered all my questions. I hope that I never have to go through this again, but if I do , I will know who to call.
