I had a speeding ticket and driving without a license case. Mr.Cain helped me get extend my court day so that I could get a license. Once I got my license he negotiated my sentence to just paying a small fine. I am very happy with his work.

I hired Adam to represent me in a criminal defense capacity. First day of court the DA was hounding him about not getting in contact with her and he clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He got me into drug court and said my charge would be dismissed upon completion. I completed in the minimum time and at the graduation I discovered, after 18 months, that my charge was not dismissed and I was a felon, despite never having a violation. He said he would handle it. 9 months later, after at least a dozen attempts to get in contact with him, and after being fired from my dream job due to my felonious status, he got me a court date. He never once communicated the purpose of the court date, despite me directly asking if I was looking at probation, and when I went in I was RESENTENCED to 3 years of probation! He said he would get me out in 1 year with good behavior. He would not return a call, would not communicate with the probation office. 3 years later he would not even call to find out if I had been released. By far the worst possible representative I could have imagined. The arrest was my fault, but the rest of the 6 years was 100% his failure to understand the workings of drug court and probation protocols. Would give him zero stars. Look elsewhere, public defense would have been better.

I am 67 years old and have never been arrested or had any charges against me. Having dozed off I found myself in big trouble After running off the road I did not hit anybody as I woke up and caught myself but the deputies Decided to arrest me and charge me with several counts. Mr Cain has represented me in a case where my former employer refused to pay me the money owed to me. After litigation and several months he go me my money and attorneys fees.

This was a year long case over $15,000 was spent. The mother of my child refused to let me see my son so I turned to Adam Cain. He promised many things none of which where completed. It’s been extremely difficult to get in contact with him or his secretary. I would call and leave voice mails and would not get a call back until a few days later. I understand he may have been busy but you’ve got to make time for your clients. Three of the four times we had court he would show up late not five minutes late, as much as 30-40 minutes late. The majority of the responses regarding the mother’s wants instead of coming to an agreement was settled with him telling me to “just agree” on whatever she had wanted instead of working out an arrangement we’d both be happy with. I’m not at all satisfied with the results just happy it’s over with.

Ex tried arresting me after a disagreement from custody. (Interference ). First time I went it was dismissed from an error on ex part of filing, but judge said if it wasn't for the wrong date I would have been arrested immediately. Ex filed again with correct date this time I hired Mr cain because the hearing was more complicated then I expected first time. Mr cain kept in touch thru the time from hiring to court hearing. Seem to know law very well and prepared for the unexpected. We didn't have to go thru hearing. He got in dismissed within 5 mins of the opening. I will be filing for custody in family court and I trust him to be fully prepared when the time come. He is professional and calm. I have gone thru numerous lawyers the past 2 years and all seem to be good sales men. Then once hired they seem to do the minimum and make up excuses and leave you hanging once things get complicated. MR cain didn't seem like he was selling himself when I interviewed him. I enjoyed that and he was up front. Very happy with my choice of hiring.
