Best lawyer and he is not in the business to squeeze money out of you.He is the best at what he does and my family has had him for 6 years

My husband hired McArthur and dealing with him has been a complete pain in the ass. My husband is currently incarcerated and every time he calls it’s the same story. His lawyer isn’t available, he can’t answer or doesn’t know anything regarding his case, or he hasn’t came by to meet with him when he was supposed to. It’s extremely stressful because when he lacks it becomes a problem that his family has to figure out. It’s already hard and stressful enough for us. My husband has been in jail for almost four months and since he’s been incarcerated McAuthur has only showed up for court and filled a motion (which was done both times last minute). He’s also made one visit and that was probably because I asked him to meet me at the jail to take care of a payment. He doesn’t respond to text messages or “he’s out of office” all the time. His communication is terrible and his attitude is very unprofessional. McArthur has had my husbands discovery regarding his case for at least a month if not more and has not took the time to go discuss his case with him. I nor my husband should have to feel uncomfortable speaking with his attorney. He acts as if we’re bugging him and he basically avoids him. I just wouldn’t recommend his legal representation. We’re more than half way done paying him and it sucks feeling like it’s been wasted, especially when we have other things that could’ve been handled. I typically try not to go as far as leaving negative reviews, However I’ve given this man the benefit of doubt too long and now it’s just becoming ridiculous. I’ll be searching for new legal representation if this doesn’t get on track within the next two weeks. If anything changes I will update my review but for now I really wish I could give him less than one star.

He was a great lawyer but giving a 4 cause of the fact i have tried calling him over some papers that i signed in january and they still havent been sent to the dealership. Also he hasnt returned my phone calls either

I appreciated that I did not have to make extra trips, due to the fact that he made all of the documents he would need so plain for me.
