I've known Mark all his life , Watched him play Football,Basketball and Baseball in High School in Dawson,GA. I knew his father, Motie, also, an Attorney and the Mayor of Albany,GA. . Mark has always been aggressive with anything he does and works hard to make sure the job gets done. Mr.Wiggins has saved my backside many times and I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal help.

When my child made a mistake as a college student I needed the best attorney in Athens to represent us. I started by checking with a lot of folks about who'd they recommend and Mark Wiggins name came up nearly every time. So I contacted him and met with him the day I called. I knew from the moment I met him that he was the right person to help us through this difficult situation. Mark is extremely smart, compassionate, faithful and competent. He just kept reassuring us that things were going to be ok. It was a long process but without him I truly feel the results would have been different. I found Mark via the helpful reviews here on Avvo.com. Once I reached out to him about my case, he scheduled a same day sit down to go over the details and then explained how he would handle my case. After I retained him, he was aggressive with getting all motions filed and then, later in the process, he put consistent pressure on the prosecutor to get my charges reduced and partially eliminated. At all times he and his staff were professional and respectful to me and my situation. I would highly recommend him!

We spoke with many lawyers before we decided on Mark Wiggins. Mark came highly recommended by a neighbor who was extremely impressed with his services from a few years back. Once we spoke with him, it was clear that he was the best. We felt comfortable that he would do his best to get the charge of underage consumption dismissed.
