I was involved in a hit and run accident in Athens and was not happy how the at fault party's insuance company was handling the claim. I called Josh to represent me in dealing with issue. He definitely handled things. I cannot say enough about how great of a job they do. Super friendly, efficient and thorough. If you've been injured in an accident, this is the firm you need to call to represent you.

On August 1, 2016 my husband and I were in an accident near Jacksonville, Florida....while on a family vacation. I sustained some internal bleeding and underwent two surgeries at UF Shands Hospital in Jacksonville. I am a little late, but would like to say thank you to Josh for taking our case. He was great! Working across state lines, he was diligent to delve into all aspects of our case. We were very pleased with the settlement he procured for us. We appreciate his expertise and professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone with a personal injury case.

Extremely professional! I was always under the impression that lawyers were cold and didn't have a lot of face time with their clients, but not here. If I ever had an issue or a concern, I could always call and talk to Josh, well unless he was in court. Even then he was very timely in responding. I always left feeling like I was in good hands. Never once did it feel like your standard law office. Felt more like a family member helping me out. Josh was amazing from start to finish. He's the perfect example of A constant professional. It started with A no B.S. consultation, were he evaluated my case and developed a draft of what he can do help me get the settlement I deserved. Everything Mr. Branch said he would and could do he did it! The thing I love most about Mr. Branch's law firm was that he always kept me in the loop with details at every stage in the process.
