Josh and his team were excellent in representing me in my claim against an at fault underinsured person. Communication was quick and thorough. They were willing to do all things remote & flexible with my work schedule. I would recommend them over any other practice without hesitation if someone needs an injury attorney.

I’ll preface by saying that we could not be happier with Mr. Branch and his staff. Outstanding! We had an unfortunate injury case involving my daughter. I helped my daughter (a young adult) select Mr. Branch to represent her. From the start, he worked hard to help in addressing the many surprises that arose in trying to get her medical treatment and compensation for her injuries. On July 12th, 2019, my life changed forever. I was about to graduate from grad school to pursue my dream career when I got hit by a car while I was walking across a crosswalk. I fractured two bones in my back, had multiple trips to the ER, and am still in and out of doctor offices to this day (and for the foreseeable future). I remember laying in the middle of the road, too afraid to move, with blood dripping down my face, and strangers trying to comfort me and keep me conscious. When I finally received medical attention, my dad was able to get me in touch with Mr. Branch and his team. After my first two visits to the ER, we knew it was going to be a long, expensive, and emotionally draining period of our lives. I became more depressed than I had ever been in my life, and I honestly would have felt hopeless if it weren't for Mr. Branch and his team. I was not able to pay my rent on my own, and I had thousands of dollars in medical bills to pay on my own since I was struck by an underinsured motorist. I used to be a competitive gymnast, a ballerina, and a distance runner, but my entire lifestyle changed after this accident. Devastated does not even begin to describe how I felt. Mr. Branch and his team were always so supportive though, and I especially remember Donna and Lynn calling me just to check in and see how I was doing. The team genuinely care about their clients as individuals, and they want nothing more than justice and health for their clients. After working with Mr. Branch and his team for almost 3 years, I am beyond grateful to finally have this period of my life behind me. It's bittersweet to end the formal partnership with the team, but I know they will always be there cheering me on. My experience with Mr. Branch's law office was very swift and easy. He was able to get the full settlement amount from the at-fault party of the accident I was in. All it took was just seeing him once at the beginning and seeing him again at the end of the process, both of which only took about 15 to 20 minutes.
