Joshua Branch and his staff were very helpful with my case; From the time I first contacted Attorney Branch, he communicated everything about the case with with, stayed in contact and I never felt uncomfortable or out of the loop. When my 2yr old son was injured at a daycare, I was lost on where to even began to seek help. Upon settling my claim, I was awarded more than I even imagined. I know he has a vast number of clients yet, he still made me feel important. I intend to use him in the future as well as recommend them to my family and friends.

We were involved in an simple accident resulting in the loss of our car and a few aches, pains and stiff joints...I tried to work with the insurance company and to my dismay, they were totally against just about everything! I warned them once then hired Josh...he took over and I had nothing to do with them again... When I was working with them all I wanted was medical expenses and car rental, about $15,000. When he took over they paid for my car and Josh got us a 6 digit check within 6 months. I'm not a person who believes in suing, but I do believe in doing what is right.
