Attorney Ross Massey, and his staff, were phenomenal. From the moment I made contact with Mr. Massey, I knew I was in great hands. I was informed and counseled every step of the process. I was never left wondering, "What if...or...what comes next?" They never skipped corners and always kept me informed on what phase my lawsuit was in. In the end, I left knowing I had made the most educated decision because of his counsel. Very professional. Very dependable. I was unfortunate to have a reasonably serious injury in late 2013. I was completely jerked around by the Insurance Company and sent to horrible doctors (that worked for the insurance company) and everything became a circus. NONE of them were interested because they felt my case was too small and somewhat of a waste of time. I was upset and dejected, but never gave up. The most important issue to me at the time was that Matthew immediately recognized that I had a genuine case and actually a good case and at no time was it an issue of money with him, nor did he ever diminish the importance of my injury or claim. Matt Jordan handled my workers compensation case, and he was able to award me a substantial amount of money due to his knowledge and experience in his field of work. He was EXTREMELY fair and very trustworthy! I recommend him to anyone!
